A Baton Rouge woman who gave birth on July 20, 2023, said that this is her third daughter that she has given birth to on the same day, six years apart. Jasmine Clark welcomed her newborn Ja’Laijah Snowten at Woman’s Hospital without expecting all three of her daughters to be born on the same day.

Clark told WAFB that her first daughter, 12-year-old Khamyria Riley, was born on July 20, 2011, while the second, 6-year-old Jaliyah Snowten, was born on July 20, 2017. Thus, each of the children has the same birthday, exactly six years apart.

“We love the blessing of our newest little girl and the fact that I can always throw one big party for all of my girls. It’s truly a blessing and something that is definitely unique,” the mother of three daughters told WAFB.

Even though it wasn’t her plan for each of her daughters to be born on the same day, she said giving birth to them that way makes it easier to remember and celebrate their birthdays. Clark said it’s “very expensive” and sometimes “hard” but she makes it happen. “I’m not exactly sure how I did this three times, but I love every single moment with these girls,” Clark, who also has a 9-year-old son born on February 11, 2014, said to the news outlet.

Two years ago, another family reported having all their three children born on August 25. Kristin Lammert had three daughters, born three years apart on the same day. Lammert however told CNN that there was some planning on when they wanted to have their children. She was also induced for all three of her pregnancies.
