Now, he faces murder and aggravated assault charges after the horrifying ordeal. Right before 4 am, cops rushed to the scene at the 1000 block of Springwood Drive after receiving reports of an assault.

Upon their arrival, they found both victims suffering from stab wounds, according to Fox4 News. The suspect was still at the property and was immediately arrested by Lewisville Police.

Reports indicate that Bobbie Mitchell is currently listed as stable at a local hospital, but details of her condition are unknown for now.

Mitchell’s husband, Fred, was rushed to hospital right after 5 am yet unfortunately could not survive the attack.
