Passion for an African Child (P.A.C) presents the 1st Annual Charity Benefit at the Embassy of Ghana in Washington, D.C. on Saturday, November 5, 2011. This meaningful event will benefit impoverished children in Africa. Special guests include Ghana’s Ambassador His Excellency Mr. Daniel Ohene Agyekum, P.A.C Advisor Jackie Appiah, with performance by Fif Wilson and many more. “Gold carpet” appearances and interviews will begin at 6:00 PM, with the show starting promptly at 7:00 PM.
P.A.C was founded for one purpose: to improve the lives of our impoverished African brothers and sisters. Our focus is on the minority child, otherwise known as the female child. It is our goal to improve the quality of life for female children in Africa and remove them from the horrors they may face including child trafficking, molestation, female circumcision, arranged marriages and many other issues female African children are battling every day.
Join P.A.C in working to help reduce poverty in Africa by promoting education amongst children, providing much needy medical supplies to medical centers in rural areas, and proving shelter for orphans.
