A former guest of Dr. Phil from one of the most controversial episodes of the show has resurfaced with a surprising new career.
Back in 2018, Treasure Richards grabbed the headlines after appearing on the talk show, where she claimed to be Caucasian and expressed hatred for Black people.
Despite being only 16 at the time, her comments shocked many viewers when she went on to describe Black people as “fat,” “gross,” and “ugly.”
Following her appearance on the show, Treasure then retreated from the spotlight, and at 22-years-old, she has now reemerged with a new career, which involves sharing explicit content on OnlyFans.
Back in September, the former Dr. Phil guest announced her new venture on social media, where she wrote: “Tasteful OnlyFans just dropped. If you’re curious what’s on there, go check it out.”
The post was accompanied by a topless selfie, which she carefully angled to maintain her modesty.
In another post, Treasure then revealed that she plans to use the income from her OnlyFans account to care for her pets, and they remain one of the reasons why she is pursuing the venture. “I will be using the money I get from you guys supporting me on OnlyFans to pay for my dog’s vet bills, and I will also take my cat, Craig, to get his first round of shots too,” she wrote. “So if you love animals, please go support me.”
The former Black Dr Phil guest’ appearance on the show remains one of most controversial episodes, where she appeared with her mother, Monique, who expressed concern over her daughter’s racist views and mental health.
“My daughter is a racist against her own race,” Monique said at the time. During the episode, Treasure claimed to have the Ku Klux Klan on speed dial, stating, “I identify with the Ku Klux Klan because the way they believe is just so smart. White is right.”
Treasure then went on to insist she was white and said, : “I’m Caucasian because everything about me is different from African Americans. I have naturally straight hair, my nose is not big like African Americans, and most Black people speak ‘ghetto.'”
However, after the episode aired, Treasure’s older sister Nina then accused both the 22-year-old and their mother of fabricating the story to get a free trip to Los Angeles and gain fame.
Nina claimed that Treasure’s intent was to go viral, and become similar to Danielle “Bhad Bhabie” Bregoli, who is known for her “cash me outside” catchphrase.
Despite these allegations, Treasure denied that her comments were a stunt, stating at the time, “I am not an actor, and I never will be.”
