Well, U.S. President Donald Trump’s ‘zero-tolerance’ immigration policy is still being unabatedly implemented despite public outcry.
Since its implementation, thousands of children have been separated from their families and detained in unfavourable and prison-like detention centres by immigration officials, who definitely aren’t empathetic.
In a video posted by NowThis on Twitter, a black Honduran mother, Darlin Suazo, recounted the harrowing story of how she was separated from her daughter for two months upon their arrival at the U.S. border and what transpired during that period.
