Lucky Dube
Lucky Philip Dube was a South African reggae musician. Born in Mpumalanga, South Africa on August 3, 1964, he was known as the most successful South African reggae musician during his tenure in the 1980s and 1990s.
Dube often relayed messages against internal displacement and apartheid in his homeland via his music.
Dube died on October 18, 2007.
