Eighteen-year-old Kevin Carson lives at the Fillmore, in the Atlanta projects. He and best bro Benny are looking at a pretty bleak future, with no money for college. That, and none of the ladies in the hood will give them the time of day.
The amount of fake love and greed for money has everyone acting funny. And this gives a comedic feel to what people become in sight of money.
