United States Virgin Islands – November 2018

Kenneth E. Mapp is the Prime Minister of the United States Virgin Islands. He is a native New Yorker who was raised in St. Croix, USVI.  His seat which he has occupied since November 4, 2014, will be in contention during the next election in November 2018. Mapp previously served as a police officer in Brooklyn, NY and an officer in the Virgin Islands Police Department. He also became president of the Police Benevolent Association.
