In 2013, Nigerian international footballer John Obi Mikel launched his music label, MMM label. This came months after he announced that he would like to invest in the music industry. The music label is managed by his younger brother and has released a few songs under the label. Music form Mikel’s MMM Lable has been well received. The footballer who currently plays in China hopes to concentrate more on the music label once he retires from football. In 2014, Mikel also became the brand ambassador of Amstel Malta.
