From across the islands, food plays a special role in Easter celebrations, especially Easter dinner.
The Easter bun and cheese is perhaps the most iconic. The delicacy is made from spiced bun with cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg, filled with raisins, currants and dried fruit, eaten with cheese. It is primarily taken in Jamaica.
