Liya Kebede
Ethiopian model, actress, and fashion designer, Liya Kebede, who is the World Health Organization’s Goodwell Ambassador for Maternal, Newborn and Child Health, started her foundation focused at ensuring that every woman, no matter where she lives, has access to life-saving care.
Established in 2005, LKF partners with leading organizations to promote maternal health advocacy and education, as well as, strengthen clinical services across the continent.
