These are done to tighten the face and to tone the muscles on the face. For instance, for a tighter neck, beauty experts recommend lifting your lower lip to make it look like you are making a pout and hold that pose for a few seconds. Right after, lower your jaw while keeping your lower lip upward in the pout and your face still. Do this for about 10 times a day for beautiful results. And if you have tighter eyelids, raise your eyebrows and hold them for 5 seconds. Open your eyes as wide as you can and frown your mouth. Repeat this five times. Either way, open your eyes wide and hold it without raising the eyebrows for ten seconds. Repeat this also for five minutes. For tighter cheeks, put three fingers on top of your right cheekbone and press it down slightly. Next, smile to raise your cheekbone as much as possible. Hold for five seconds and repeat five times. Do the same on the left side for the best result.
