Eat heavier foods early in the day

The motto “Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and supper like a pauper” is a great adage to live by.  By eating heavier in the day, you’re able to burn the fat content in your meal easier – especially if you’re physically active.  In the later hours, it will be easier to keep your metabolic rate boosted by eating smaller meals.
