9 top companies that no longer require a college degree

Penguin Random House

The global publishing group announced in 2016 that it will no longer require candidates for new jobs to have a university degree. The company said the move is to attract more varied candidates into publishing. The American book publisher, as of August 2018, had the following jobs at an offer that do not necessarily require a degree: Production Assistant, Marketing Designer, Publicity Assistant, Senior Manager of Finance, Senior Editor, Production Editor, and Art Director.
