Ernst & Young

One of the UK’s biggest graduate recruiters, Ernst & Young, in 2015, removed degree classification from the entry criteria for its hiring programmes. The accountancy firm said it found “no evidence” that success at university was correlated with achievement in professional qualifications. The company said it will use numerical tests and online “strength” assessments to assess the potential of applicants. In 2018, it hired for: Risk Advisor, Experience Management Manager, Tax Services Senior, Financial Services Senior Manager, Auditor, Risk Management Operations & Quality Compliance Associate, and so on.
