Black sports stars who lost their fortunes to fraud schemes

The prominent NBA Champion famous for his rebounding skills and nicknamed The Worm played for several teams, including Detroit Pistons, San Antonio Spurs, Chicago Bulls, L.A. Lakers, and others. Rodman, alongside some other sports figures, was a victim of the Peggy Ann Fulford Scam. Fulford was accused of stealing at least $3.5 million, and she pleaded guilty to the crime and was ordered to pay $1,243,579 to Rodman.
