The young Eritrean-British singer is gaining ground in the music arena, even getting Idris Elba to shout him out on Twitter.
Aged 16, Deno Driz is a member of the group Aj x Deno. He was born on September 23, 2002, in London. The 16-year-old started getting attention when his rendition of Geko’s “Over and Under” went viral.
His cover of Dj Snake’s “Let Me Love You” featuring Justin Bieber also went viral.
Deno has also featured on Ghanaian-British rapper Stormzy’s 2016 album and his work has been mentioned by Ed Sheeran.Singing sensation Chris Brown bigged him up as well.
One thing is for sure, Deno’s star power does not seem to be slowing down one bit.
