LeBron James’ youngest son, Bryce James, has committed to the University of Arizona’s 2025 basketball recruiting class, aiming to ultimately improve his game level.
Bryce is a three-star prospect from Sierra Canyon High School in California. He took to Instagram to announce his decision on Wednesday with the caption: “100% committed.”
Bryce has also got great height in his locker just like his father as he’s a 6-foot-4 shooting guard and reportedly made an unofficial visit recently to Arizona, choosing the Wildcats over other offers from Ohio State and Duquesne.

This summer, James competed with the Strive For Greatness grassroots program on the Nike EYBL circuit and averaged 5.6 points and 2.5 rebounds in five games at the Nike Peach Jam.
One of his standout performances came against Nightrydas Elite, where he managed to score 12 points in 23 minutes.
In 14 games with Strive For Greatness this spring, Bryce James averaged 6.9 points and 2.2 rebounds while shooting 39% from the field and 36.8% from three-point range, according to ESPN.
James is the second commitment to Arizona’s 2025 class, joining top-25 prospect Dwayne Aristode, who pledged to the Wildcats in October 2024.
It is clear Bryce is following the footsteps of his legendary father, LeBron James, who features with his older brother, Bronny for the Los Angeles Lakers.
