The American rapper is expected to be part of an array of stars visiting the continent this year. She will be performing in two separate concerts in Nigeria and Ghana on December 7 (Lagos) and December 8 (Accra).

The event, called Livespot X Festival is organized by Nigerian Media Company, Livesport360.

“I got one more show in 2019 and that’s in Africa,” Cardi B recently said, after stating that she wouldn’t be performing for the rest of the year in America

The musician, born Belcalis Marlenis Almanzar, is one of the most sought-after female hip hop artistes as she successfully challenged the dominance of Nicki Minaj in that genre.

With a vociferous style of rap, she has released platinum singles including the popular, “Bodak Yellow” and “I Like It.”
