Usain Bolt just added another priceless and more meaningful medal to his collection. On Monday, the Olympic sprinting legend and his longtime girlfriend, Kasi Bennett, revealed the gender of their “golden child” in a magnificent and fun event in Kingston, Jamaica.
Surrounded by family and friends, the highlight of the night, which was, of course, the baby’s gender reveal, was all sorts of cracking. After a video of their journey was shown to the excited guests, pink fireworks exploded in the skies, revealing the expecting couple were going to have a daughter.
Guests, who cheered and applauded as the skies lit up, were gifted pink “Baby Bolt” hats to celebrate the “Golden Child”, according to TMZ. Bolt was also later spotted in a custom “Girl Dad” sweatshirt.
Taking to TikTok, Bolt proudly shared the exciting news with his followers.
“I just did the reveal and I’m a girl dad,” he said, before jokingly threatening future boyfriends. “Any man! Any boy! Don’t play with me!”
The couple, who have been dating for about six years, announced they were expecting a baby in January.
