Black Streak Kitchen comics (BSK comics) feature real celebrity chefs who share real recipes with readers in a recipe comic book.

BSK Comic’s aim is to take a different approach to nutrition education by introducing children and adults alike to cooking, health, nutrition and wellness through fun, easy to mimic recipe books.

“We’re excited to have Chef Stew on board to help us expose kids and adults to the culinary arts in a new, creative way,” stated Terry L Raimey, co-creator and writer of Black Streak Kitchen Comics.

“It’s a mission of his to mentor youth through the culinary arts, so combining our talents is an incredible collaboration.”

The collaboration is for a good cause as proceeds from sales will ease the operating cost of Chef Stew’s Culinary Arts Training Program.

“It’s a program that teaches kids and young adults the importance of healthy cooking and eating, so our common goals make our collaboration extra special,” said Justin Raimey, co-creator and artist of the comic.

In Chef Stew’s issue of the culinary comic book, he walks the reader through the entire meal preparation and recipe, baring it all so everyone can be a master cook and succeed at it.

The issue has ingredients, measurements, food rep, equipment needed, cooking techniques which includes food and kitchen safety. The comic book also teaches nutrition facts from the ingredients used in the preparation of the meal.
