In soup and stew

The next time you see someone enjoying a pot of soup, look out for whether it’s just to fill an appetite or to get high. In recent times, people operators of roadside eateries and other joints are using cannabis to prepare soups for their customers.

In Ghana, a light soup with weed is called “nkrampi or “light sanja” (wee light soup) by locals. Some arrests have so far been made to confirm that the illegal practice is ongoing.
