Ghanaian drones deliver tests
As the number of COVID-19 cases continues to surge in Africa, Ghana has commenced transporting COVID-19 test samples from infected persons to the country’s designated testing centers.
With the drones, Ghana seems to be literally flying over the difficulties inherent in not having a testing center in many places in the country.
This also helps in reducing the time lag which hinders a good perception of the infection rate in the country.
Time magazine has already praised this initiative and wondered if the United States could take a cue.
