Take time for breakfast!
Breakfast, as we are constantly told, is the most important meal of the day. Not only does it give you energy to start a new day, but breakfast is linked to many health benefits, including weight control and improved performance.
A small, healthy breakfast containing protein and/or whole grains is all it takes to start the day on the right foot. Heavy meals should be avoided, however, so as not to slow you down or make you sleepy, thereby defeating its initial purpose.
