Affirmations are short, powerful statements that work major wonders. When said, they calm your body, release stress and give you the large doses of confidence required to carry out your daily activities. In essence, they become the thoughts that create your reality.

Speak your affirmations as soon as you start your day to set the tone of your day. Just write out positive thoughts on what you want, and let the environment work in favor of them.

Some affirmations include: “Today is going to be a great day”; “I am a success”; “My business is growing, expanding, and thriving.”
