Perhaps, there has been no non-Nigerian international celebrity who has been more vocal about the protests in Nigeria than Trey Songz. The RnB singer has surprisingly become a fierce advocate of the people’s, tweeting about the subject of police brutality since the protests started last week.
The singer whose real name is Tremaine Neverson has tried to connect what is happening in Nigeria to the Black American experience while offering support to protesters.
