In order to get the fullest out of cardio, get up early daily and perform short routines. The thing about cardio is that you do not lose weight on just your stomach. Your body fat is like one organ, located throughout your body, and you can’t take it off of just one spot unless you have liposuction done. So as fat comes off your body, it will naturally come off your stomach.
