If drinking plenty water a day seems like a burden, you can choose to consume fruits with high water content instead. Incorporate fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet, especially non-starchy vegetables with a high water content. Cucumbers, lettuces, tomatoes, apples, and carrots are examples of non-starchy fruits and vegetables that are high in fiber and water. They will fill you up so you may eat less of higher calorie foods. They also detoxify your system.
