Innovative Senior Solutions, the largest and fastest-growing adult daycare franchise group in Georgia, recently presented three of its senior-level workers with their own Adult Day Care franchises, according to Black News.

Innovative Senior Solutions was established in 2007 by siblings Jessica Wright and Eshonda Blue with the goal of assisting seniors and disabled adults in preserving their independence and quality of life by offering first-rate adult day care and senior care services.

The 12th Annual Innovative Senior Solutions Senior Festival honored the three employees — Kayla Bowens, Director of Admissions; Whitney Kimbrough, Director of Business Expansion; and Arthur Lee Wright 111, Director of Transportation — with the transformative chance to own and run their franchises within the network.

Blue, CEO of Innovative Senior Solutions, expressed the significance of the gesture, saying, “The magnitude of this gift can change the trajectory of their families. Whitney, Kayla, and Arthur have dedicated years to the success of our company, and they are more than deserving. We know firsthand they will be successful, and we can’t wait to see them in action as they grow their own Adult Day Care centers.”

Wright, COO, added, “This festival has always been about giving back to our seniors and our community, and today we had the chance to also invest in the futures of three incredible individuals who have helped shape the success of our company. We’re excited to see them carry forward the mission of Innovative Senior Solutions.”

The September 11 event, which was organized in collaboration with the Caring For Seniors Foundation, reached a noteworthy milestone by becoming the largest senior festival in Georgia. More than 600 people attended, including adults with disabilities and seniors.

Bringing together local stakeholders, caregivers, and seniors, the festival provided guests with useful information, activities, and services related to senior care and well-being.

One of the fastest-growing sectors in the senior care industry is the $6.6 billion adult daycare marketplace. Research shows that over 1 million people turn 65 every day and by 2030, seniors will be the largest population on earth — about 73 million.

Even though 90 percent of seniors would want to live out their lives in their own homes, 65 percent of seniors will need assisted care in their lifetime. That is where Wright and Blue come in.

Both registered nurses, Blue and Wright, founded the company because they had a very personal experience with it. They started by taking care of their grandmother, who ended up becoming their first customer.

They have been in business for 17 years and have successfully run transportation services, personal care homes, adult day care centers, and home care. They eventually franchised their Adult Day Care Center concept in 2024 after running five facilities in Georgia and selling their home care division for more than $1 million in 2019.

With over 40 years of elder care expertise, Blue and Wright have coached and assisted hundreds of people in launching their own personal care homes. As such, they are well-equipped to franchise their profitable business model.

According to Blue, “Innovative Senior Solutions also made the Inc. 5000 list as one of the fastest-growing businesses in the country.”

The organization plans to open over 25 outlets in Georgia alone.
