Deep down from my heart
Is the origin of my life
Deep down from my heart
Springs forth my existence
Deep down from my heart
Flows the spring of life
I owe myself a duty
To guard with all vigilance
My heart

For it is the very source of my existence
My life starts from my heart
With all diligence will I guard my heart
For if it is in my heart
Then it will be in my hand
