You can’t relate to the values of the company
Every company has a set of values and how they would want to achieve them. You should at least know these values and respect them even if you do not agree with them. Remember the company needs you to achieve them. But if you are at a loss about these values and don’t even want to associate with them as they don’t mean anything to you, then kindly look for another job.
