Mind over body

It is best to calm the mind and body by relaxing your tensed muscles and breathing deeply. Also, stay positive with affirmations. It is a great way to manage your feelings. The body won’t rest if your mind is flooded with all that is going on.

By meditating on all the positivity that you derive from your affirmations, you are able to relax and sleep well. In turn, you will be more ready to face whatever problem with a clearer mind.
