Drink lots of water

It is good to stay hydrated during a fast, as dehydration can cause you to be more tired and agitated than usual. Health experts recommend having a bottle of water next to your bed so that you can easily have a drink if you wake up. Avoid a lot of caffeine and sugary drinks, as they can lead to dehydration and fatigue during the day.
