Donald Glover – also known as Childish Gambino – released a poignant video for his track ‘This is America,’ which was a blunt reality of African-American affairs in the United States juxtaposed on a catchy beat and dance moves the young and old can relate to.
Currently with over 400 million views on YouTube, “This is America”, at a certain point in time was at the centre of a plagiarism accusation stemming from similarities with a 2016 song by Jase Harley.
