Diamond Platnumz/ Rayvanny – Mwanza
When “Mwanza” by Rayvanny featuring his boss and labelmate Diamond Platnumz was released, Tanzania’s arts regulator, Baraza la Sanaa Tanzania (BASATA), deemed its content to be sexually inappropriate and moved to ban it.
According to Nairobi News, the two artists, together with their record label were further slapped with a 9 million Tanzanian shillings (over $3,000) fine.
