In a delightful surprise, Allen gifted her staff with tickets to Beyoncé’s concert in New Orleans on September 27, which was part of the highly anticipated Renaissance tour. The team’s reaction to this unexpected news was absolutely priceless.

“I have for many years admired a certain entertainer,” Allen was recorded saying in the post. “And I think that this entertainer is phenomenal and awesome, and I believe we should all experience this entertainer.”

Initially, Allen had purchased the tickets solely for herself. However, recognizing the immense value of her team’s contributions, she made the decision to share this once-in-a-lifetime concert experience with her team of five. It was a gesture of gratitude and a way for Allen to demonstrate how much she valued their dedication and hard work.

Allen said in a statement to Essence, “I realized that not all of our team were going, so that was their gift for September, so we’re going to be closed the day that she’s [Beyoncé] in concert in New Orleans, and the team outing will be Renaissance.”
