Ghana’s presidential and parliamentary elections

Ghana‘s elections have always been close since the turn of the century. In 2020, the presidential race will be fought between two men who know what it means to have lost and won.

For opposition leader and former president John Mahama, this may be the last chance he has to leave active public life on a high. For President Nana Akufo-Addo, he will count on the coalition that voted him into power in 2016.
