Zambia

Zambia also falls in the category of extreme hunger with a score of 37.6, a reduction from 42.8 in 2010. 

According to the World Food Programme, ” inadequate provision of agricultural inputs, poor access to markets, and the slow pace of change in attitudes towards crop and livelihood diversification also continue to undermine farming capacity.”  This has affected tens of thousands of people who are still food insecure.
