Crime and violence form a great part of the reasons that laws are made. Without laws, there is a certainty that societies would be in total mess and chaos.
But, the existence of laws does not completely eliminate the presence of crime and increasing cases of volatility in many parts of the world. In many African countries, slums have sprung up and continue to threaten the peace of many nations as these places house some of the most notorious criminals or crime rates.
In a report put together by El Consejo Ciudadano para la Seguridad Pública y la Justicia Penal (The Citizen Council for Public Security and Criminal Justice), a Mexico City-based advocacy group, it reviews the world’s 50 most dangerous cities – the ones with the highest murder rates.
