Mali
Mali takes the 7th position on the global scale and the 4th position in Africa after Ukraine and Venezuela which are at numbers 5 and 6 respectively. The country has been supported by the military over the years but lacks the funds to feed its refugees, protect children and prevent the easy spread of airborne diseases during conflicts. Day in and out, several more local conflicts and tensions between communities have increased.
