Coastal sites, Comoros Islands

Located in the Mozambique Channel to the northwest of Madagascar, the Comoros Islands are full of steep volcanic mountains, low hills and beautiful coastlines. The islands are enchantingly scattered across the Indian Ocean, making them the perfect vacation getaway spot. Sadly, Comoros will be at significant risk from coastal erosion and sea-level rise by 2050, according to the study.
