Berry and Gabriel Aubry called it quits in April of 2010 after four years together even though they weren’t married.

But then the pair had a daughter together and a custody battle was borne with the split. The couple came to an agreement in 2012 after a serous fight, according to the Huffington Post.

It all began when Berry questioned how Aubry was raising Nahla Ariela Aubry, accusing him of causing their daughter ‘psychological damage’ by dyeing her hair blonde.

Their custody agreement was not altered.
