A Brooklyn high schooler has revealed that although innocent, he is being mercilessly bullied by his classmates after he was accused of sexually hazing a JV football teammate last year.

15-year-old James Madison High School student Neijee Hunter told The Post, “The whole team is saying it’s a lie. Now they’re calling me P-Diddy. They called me gay, and they’re saying this because of something I didn’t do. They’re leaving baby oil in my locker.”

Back in October, Hunter and two other players on the Midwood school’s junior varsity team were accused of holding down a teammate, pulling off his clothes and touching his “private area,” cops and sources said.

The alleged victim’s mother blew the whistle on the incident, which abruptly ended the team’s season, got one of the coaches fired — and ended with the accused hazers excluded from the group, said Hunter and his family.

The Brooklyn high schooler and his parents said the entire incident was overblown, and was typical horsing around by the team that did not involve any sexual contact or assault.

“When the school called us and told us we needed to get down there, I got there fast and the police were already there,” Hunter’s father, Early, told The Post

“We went to court three times. They declined to prosecute in family court. The judge said he didn’t know why this was in court.”

“The school made such a big thing about it before investigating,” he said.

“They called the police immediately. They charged them and took all three of them out in handcuffs like they were real criminals.”

Last year, the elder Hunter even released a video of the incident, seemingly showing it was just roughhousing.

Also, the Maddison parents weighed in on the incident, labelling the arrests excessive, as they believe disciplining the teens would have been enough punishment.

The Hunters admitted that the alleged victim of the incident was taken out of the school by his mother and the reputed bullies were returned to class after the charges were tossed in court.

However, it has been a rough time for Neijee, who revealed that he’s now the target of abuse at the school, even though the alleged victim, who is a linebacker on the team, was someone he considered a friend.

“He’s the only one saying that happened,” he said of his accuser. “The coach was right there.

“It was after practice. We were getting psyched for the game Friday. Were playing around. After practice, all regular horseplay in the locker room, tackling each other. We tackled him and he went home and told a lie. He was laughing, ready to play against the biggest team in the South Shore High School league.”

A spokesperson for James Madison High School stated that the school was clearly not aware of the harassment.

“Bullying and harassment have absolutely no place in our schools,” they said in a statement. “Prior to this inquiry, the school had received no escalation or report of bullying. Upon receipt of these allegations, the school launched a full investigation and we are providing support to this student, as per school policies.”

To Neijee’s mom, however, the damage is already done.
