Real life best friends Jay-Ann Lopez (pictured left) and Patrina Charles (pictured) are the founders of Curlture, a personal empowerment blog where they promote Afro-culture, or in their very own words, “all Black everything.”
All Black everything can range from natural hair to Black-owned businesses, with the latest extension of their brand going by the name of “KINK,” an empowerment book that emphasizes a diverse Afro-aesthetic through written word and imagery.
