Kakum Canopy Walkway

The Kakum canopy walkway is located in Kakum National Park on the coast of southern Ghana. The park protects rainforests and visitors can catch a glimpse of forest elephants, bongo antelopes, and the Diana monkey.

The walkway suspended 98 feet above the ground, passes over seven bridges and runs 1,080 feet. Kenneth Akufo Asare, a man from Akyem Maase in the Eastern region, is behind all the famed canopy walkways in the country.
