“African women – It’s time to stop acting like we are a colour and be who we are. We are powerful and beautiful. It is time to show what it’s like to step into it and enjoy who we are and not carry what others think of us.”

These are the words of author, entrepreneur, motivational speaker and trainer Tiffaney Malott, who is one of the most powerful network marketers in the United States.

The seven-figure earner, also an agent for skincare company SEAcret, will be joining a panel of successful Black women at the Pan-African Women Forum which will be held on July 12 at New York City’s Metropolitan West.

The forum is the official kick-off of the annual Pan-African Weekend organized by Face2Face Africa to celebrate, connect, and empower the Black diaspora community through networking, dialogue, culture, and much more.

Tiffaney Malott joins the Forum as an influential, trailblazing woman of African descent with an interesting story of her journey and life experiences that are changing the narratives on Black women. She is a divorcee with a biracial 9-year-old daughter and a United States Air Force veteran.

She moved from making jelly in a factory to a network marketing professional and highly sought-after motivational speaker who is helping people all over the world to achieve their dreams.

“Being rich doesn’t have anything to do with money. Money is quantitative of who you become and the number of people you’ve helped. You have to step out and do something different,” she told Face2Face Africa in an interview.

“If a person wants to make a million dollars, they have to decide that they can do it and work for it. Money doesn’t really solve everything. If you haven’t grown into the type of person that can handle money, it won’t grow and you will lose it all,” she added.
