Drinking a couple of glasses of water before meals can make you full and thus eat less. Studies say this results in consuming fewer calories. Signs of hunger could also be signs of dehydration. Anytime you feel hungry, drink some water before getting that meal. You may not even feel the need for the meal after consuming the water.
