Diddy’s troubles seem far from over as a new lawsuit has been filed against him by a woman who claims the rapper drugged, sexually assaulted, and impregnated her.
The lawsuit, filed against the 54-year-old music executive, was first reported by TMZ, which obtained court documents filed on Friday.
The anonymous woman alleges that Diddy assaulted her repeatedly over a four-year period, one of which resulted in a pregnancy that ended in miscarriage.
Represented by attorney Joseph L. Ciaccio, the woman claims she first met Diddy abroad in the fall of 2020, after being invited on an all-expenses-paid trip with him. Between 2021 and 2022, they allegedly met regularly, with the rapper and his team arranging for her to visit him at his homes in Los Angeles, New York, Miami, and other locations. She claims she did not travel of her own free will, accusing Diddy and his staff of using “coercive and harassing language” to pressure her into compliance.
She further claims that drivers would show up at her home to transport her to Diddy, leaving her feeling as though she had no choice but to go.

The woman also accuses Diddy of drugging her with spiked alcoholic drinks to force her into submission. She alleges that in April 2022, while at his L.A. home, Diddy coerced her into having sex.
She claims to have sustained physical injuries during their encounters, including purple bruises and a bite mark on her feet from a spring 2022 visit, though she says she does not remember how she got them.
In July 2022, Diddy allegedly forced her to take ketamine and other drugs, which caused her to black out. After this incident, she says she became pregnant.
The suit also details how one of Diddy’s associates repeatedly called her, pressuring her to get an abortion, but she ultimately suffered a miscarriage.
Her attempt to distance herself from Diddy after the miscarriage was unsuccessful, as she claims he continued to harass her with calls and texts until she agreed to see him, which allegedly continued through July 2024.
Having witnessed Diddy slap and abuse other women, the woman says she feared for her safety, believing he had found a way to track her location and monitor her communications.
She asserts that Diddy has not stopped contacting her and continues to try to control and intimidate her.
The woman says she has suffered trauma, financial loss, and physical injuries, and is seeking an unspecified amount in damages.
This lawsuit comes just days after Diddy was arrested and indicted by a grand jury.
