This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. Super model Yomi Abiola was the first African face of Maybelline and has graced the pages of magazines like Elle and Vogue Italy. But she soon became aware of the lack of diversity and inclusion in the fashion industry.
