Who can guess what color will be hot for 2015?
Pantone, the authority of color, has announced Marsala as this year’s color to rock, from clothes, make-up, and even furniture. This muted wine color is complimentary to several colors. When it comes to make-up, browns, grays, and blues are complimentary.
Sephora has partnered with Pantone to show us how to wear Marsala with makeup by creating a few very bold looks, such as the one below. This look may be too bold for an everyday look, but Sephora has done a great job in showing creative ways to have fun!
And the make-up artists at the Badgley Mischka Spring 2015 show agreed, useing Marsala on eyebrows and thinking outside the box.
Another great way to wear this wine red color is on your nails, of course!
Wine red is perfect for the cold season, and you can coordinate it to your lipstick as well.
Matching lips and tips is trendy once again.
